Years of experience in independent training, and an intense list of personal athletic accomplishments led me to create the T.SILVA Fitness Method, a unique, highly effective approach to fitness. Combining carefully calibrated exercise programs that build lean body, with well-defined muscles, very little body fat and satisfying meal plans that emphasise eating smart over eating less and starving yourself, the method allows my clients to work out harder than they ever dreamed possible, and to achieve results that far exceed their expectations while still managing to enjoy their life.The T.SILVA Method is not about extreme dieting, or exercising to the point of exhaustion. Instead, I teach clients how to literally retrain their minds, and change the way they think about what they eat, what they drink, and the lifestyles they lead. In this way, my clients can regain conscious control over their choices, and change their body shape for life, without every worrying about that number on the scale again.

Nutrition lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health. Nutrition is by far the most important factor in achieving wellness and fitness.  Without proper nutrition you will not reach your full potential as an athlete or body transformation.  On your journey to wellness and fitness you will realize the most gains simply by improving your nutrition.

Metabolic Conditioning

Metabolic Conditioning builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.  This is what we normally think of as “cardio”.  Metabolic conditioning, whether it’s short, medium, or long is present in most T.SILVA  Workouts.


Gymnastics establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.  The T.SILVA Workout definition of gymnastics includes all activities involving body control.  It is not limited to what most people think of as traditional gymnastic movements such as tumbling, flips, and the other activities we see on television.  Some examples of gymnastics include pushups, pullups, air squats, and muscle ups


Weightlifting develops ability to control external objects and produce power.  This is the most effective way to develop strength, speed, and power. The ability to lift heavier weights will enable you to advance in all other areas of fitness.


Sport applies fitness in competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.  Sport is the best way to express and test the skills that we develop in all the other aspects of fitness.
